Our Two Bed Unit is 48m2 in size. They come finished to the highest standard and are fully finished in our factory, with periodic inspections carried out during the manufacturing process with our specialist quality assurance system. All units are fully inspected and signed off by a qualified Architect before leaving the factory. 

All our homes are constructed on a structural steel base to allow for the unit to be move again in the future without damaging the units structure. The walls are finished in a Cembrit cement panel with a range of different colours. 

We use a Cembrit system in full that obtains a 1-hour fire rating and a U-value of 0.18W/m2k.We install a selected range of uPVC windows and doors with a U-value of 1.6 W/m2.K. Our roof is a Kingspan 100mm insulate Top deck which provides superior insulation and a of U-value of 0.15W/m2k.

All units come painted with a laminated floor finish. All plumbing, electrical power and data outlets are terminated for final site connection externally in our service box.
